Regional firm with a business and municipal law practice
Associate Attorney
This seat carries a mixed docket: business formations and contract disputes on one side, zoning hearings and municipal-code work on the other. You would draft purchase agreements for closely held companies, advise boroughs on administrative matters, and appear before state courts and local boards. The work demands comfort toggling between private commercial files and public-sector advisory roles. Mentorship is built in—you will learn the municipal side from partners who have handled these matters for years.
