This practice group is expanding its docket with high-stakes, complex securities litigation. You'll take on corporate defendants in federal court, representing clients in the tech and financial services sectors. Expect a mix of cases in various stages, from class certifications to summary judgment. The group values strong courtroom skills and a collaborative approach. The role is open to Associates who thrive in a team environment, with 4-10 years' of experience, who are comfortable in a hybrid work setups
What this firm is looking for
- California or Massachusetts bar member
- Proven Securities Litigation experience
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
- Experience with complex litigation in federal court
- Experience with cases from tech and financial services industries
