Handle CEQA and land use entitlements. Advise clients in real estate development and property transactions. Argue land use appeals and environmental disputes in court. Prepare and negotiate lease agreements and other complex real estate contracts.
What this firm is looking for
- ▪ J.D. degree and 5+ years' experience
- ▪ Strong academic credentials and excellent written & verbal skills
- ▪ California State Bar admission
- Experienced with CEQA compliance and entitlements process
- Able to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
