Litigation Legal Assistant
Step directly into an active docket of state and federal employment disputes involving wage-and-hour claims, discrimination allegations, and class action defense. You will manage case lifecycles for a client base spanning technology, hospitality, and professional services firms. Daily work involves drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery responses, and preparing trial exhibits for hearings in Northern California courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 3+ years of experience supporting litigation teams
- Proficiency with California state and federal court e-filing systems
- Strong background in employment law document management
- Experience managing complex discovery and trial preparation
