You will draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements, structure commercial technology transactions, and advise on the regulatory posture shaping emerging products. The work blends deal execution with product counseling in a practice powered by proprietary systems.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 - 9 years of legal experience
- Background in commercial technology transactions and partnerships
- Experience advising B2B or AI-focused companies
- Admission to the California bar or eligibility for registered in-house counsel status
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
