This San Francisco and South Bay based office seeks an associate to manage a diverse caseload of high-net-worth family law matters. You will handle complex divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and property division issues for private clients and business owners. The role involves regular court appearances in local superior courts alongside negotiation of comprehensive settlement agreements. This opening supports the firm's growing demand for sophisticated representation in sensitive domestic relations cases.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 4 years of focused family law practice
- Experience managing cases from petition through trial or settlement
- Strong drafting skills for motions, declarations, and marital settlement agreements
- Proven ability to advocate effectively in court hearings
