You'll handle a docket that blends negotiated resolution with contested hearings in family courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 5–20 years of family law experience, with substantial exposure to asset-heavy marital dissolutions
- Track record handling contested hearings and drafting complex marital settlement agreements
- Comfort managing a hybrid caseload: litigation-ready advocacy paired with settlement-focused client counseling
- Active bar membership; additional family law-specific certifications or training a plus
