Docket includes class-action securities litigation, finance-related disputes, and complex litigation such as those from the defense of consumer finance products before federal courts around the country.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 5 years' experience in litigation, with a focus on class actions and complex litigation.
- Experience in defense-side matters, preferably with a focus on finance.
- Proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
