You will manage high-stakes class-action consumer protection cases, including electronic discovery, trial preparation, and client interactions. These complex matters involve significant consumer protection issues, often in the fast-moving tech and e-commerce sectors. Expect to work closely with attorneys on court filings and depositions.
What this firm is looking for
- 2-5 years of relevant paralegal experience in consumer protection class actions
- Proficiency in electronic discovery platforms and trial preparation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
