You thrive on dissecting warranty statutes and lemon law disputes, turning dense consumer-protection frameworks into clear litigation strategy. This role puts you inside automotive and real estate product-defect matters from both plaintiff and defense postures, steering cases through California state courts and arbitration. You will draft dispositive motions, manage discovery, and directly counsel clients on risk exposure.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of litigation experience, with specific focus on warranty and lemon law
- Deep familiarity with California consumer protection and product liability statutes
- Proven track record handling matters through trial and arbitration
- Strong brief-writing and motion practice skills
- Admission to the California bar preferred
