This group handles the full spectrum of Canadian immigration matters—economic, family, and humanitarian streams—for individuals and corporate clients navigating Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board. Work includes Express Entry applications, provincial nominee programs, judicial reviews before the Federal Court, and employer compliance under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. The practice is expanding its remote delivery model to serve clients across all provinces and territories.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 15 years of immigration law experience, at associate or partner level
- Called to a Canadian provincial or territorial bar in good standing
- Substantive experience with economic immigration programs, IRB proceedings, or Federal Court litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio with minimal oversight
- Comfort with remote work arrangements and technology-driven client service
