Executive Compensation Attorney

Managers will present you with a docket of 20+ active client matters, most involving private companies in the healthcare or tech industries. You will draft, negotiate, and advise on executive compensation agreements, executive severance agreements, and equity compensation plans. Work from this will your hybrid arrangement.
What this firm is looking for
- Juris doctor degree and 1 to 7 years of relevant legal experience
- Admission to the New York bar
- Experience drafting and negotiation executive compensation agreements and equity plans
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
