This opening follows recent expansion in the firm's corporate tax group serving middle-market clients. You will draft tax provisions for M&A agreements, structure joint ventures, and advise on federal and state income tax matters. The role involves direct client contact and collaboration with corporate associates on complex deals.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 to 8 years of experience in transactional tax law
- Strong background in federal and state income tax planning
- Experience drafting tax sections for purchase agreements and organizational documents
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
