This group handles complex structuring for commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals alongside high-net-worth trust planning. Attorneys draft partnership agreements, navigate like-kind exchanges, and advise on state and local tax implications for large portfolios. The team works directly with developers, family offices, and institutional investors to mitigate liability in transactional contexts.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 20 years of experience in tax law
- Substantial background in real estate transactions and trust taxation
- Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex filings
