Corporate/M&A Partner
Here, the lawyer who shines is a savvy counselor negotiating venture capital investments and assisting with corporate acquisitions, mergers, and business transactions. You'll draft stock purchase agreements, govern corporate governance issues, and advise on real estate holdings that extend across New York, Texas, Florida, and Chicago. By gaining private company experience, drafting documents for clients in the entertainment and gaming industries, you'll advise on securities, exit strategies, and IPOs.
What this firm is looking for
- Must have 8+ years of corporate/M&A experience
- Able to handle legal matters from the planning stages through to final negotiations and closing. Negotiation, drafting, and transactional skills are must.
- Strong academics and excellent interpersonal skills for strong client relations
- Admission to at least one bar in NY, CA, TX, or FL
