An AI-native law firm built to serve fast-moving healthcare, AI, and technology companies
Partner, Technology & IP Transactions
The incoming partner steps into an active docket of commercial and IP-heavy deal work: SaaS and platform agreements, joint development and licensing structures, data-rights provisions, and the IP architecture behind healthcare-AI collaborations. Clients are scaling companies whose products sit at the intersection of regulated data, machine learning, and intellectual property—meaning nearly every engagement requires threading complex transactional language through sector-specific privacy and regulatory requirements. The role is entirely remote, with no origination expectation, letting you focus on complex drafting, negotiation strategy, and client counseling rather than business development.
What this firm is looking for
- 12+ years of substantive technology and IP transactions experience, including licensing, SaaS, and strategic alliance agreements.
- Deep fluency with IP diligence, work-for-hire frameworks, and open-source or data-set licensing issues in commercial deals.
- Comfortable advising product and engineering teams in healthcare, AI, or similarly regulated technology sectors.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Proven ability to operate as lead deal counsel with minimal supervision in a distributed team environment.
