You will draft office action responses, manage post-grant proceedings, and advise on freedom-to-operate issues for emerging and established industries. The hybrid arrangement supports focused writing time while maintaining close collaboration with partners in Boston, New York, or Washington DC.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 to 6 years of intellectual property experience
- Active membership in a state bar
- Registration to practice before the USPTO
- Strong background in patent prosecution or IP counseling
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
