Clients in technology and life sciences face competitors infringing core patents and adversaries challenging their portfolio rights. They need counsel who can litigate in federal district court and guide inter partes reviews before the PTAB. This hybrid role handles that exact docket—drafting claim construction briefs, managing discovery, and arguing motions—alongside licensing negotiations that resolve disputes before trial.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 – 20 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Deep familiarity with federal court procedure and PTAB practice
- Proven skill in claim construction, dispositive motions, and discovery management
- Admission to the New York bar
- Experience advising technology or life sciences clients
