These clients build things: medical devices, software, consumer products, industrial components. When a competitor copies a design or a patent is challenged in federal court, they need a litigator who can run the case from claim construction through trial, not hand it off. The work spans patent, trademark, trade dress, and trade secret disputes across the Central and Northern Districts of California, plus ITC and PTAB proceedings. The credo here is simple: autograph your work with excellence.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 - 8 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- First-chair deposition experience and federal courtroom time in patent or trade secret matters
- California bar admission in good standing
- USPTO registration or an undergraduate science or engineering background preferred
- Compensation of $280K - $375K, depending on experience and class
