Civil Litigation Attorney
This group handles civil litigation matters on behalf of consumers who have been wronged in vehicle transactions and related fraud schemes. You will manage cases from complaint through trial or settlement, appearing in state and federal courts. The work demands someone comfortable with contested discovery, dispositive motions, and the occasional bench or jury trial.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–10 years of civil litigation experience, with substantive trial-level work
- Active experience in consumer protection, fraud, or automotive-related disputes preferred
- Demonstrated ability to run cases independently with limited oversight
- Strong writing ability and courtroom presence; hybrid arrangement available
