• We do not permanently store chat conversations on our servers
• Your IP address is temporarily processed for rate limiting purposes and is not retained beyond 60 seconds
• Do not share confidential information, case details, client identities, or sensitive personal data through the chat assistant

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate geographic location
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps (retained for security purposes)
