Your clients are families and principals navigating complex wealth transfer, trust administration, and tax exposure. You will structure sophisticated estate plans, draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, and guide fiduciaries through contested and uncontested probate proceedings. This is a long-tenured, family-like practice where your counsel shapes generational outcomes.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 - 15 years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Substantial drafting skills for trusts, wills, and related tax documents
- Experience advising fiduciaries and managing probate proceedings
- Demonstrated portable business or a clear trajectory toward origination
- Interest in a collaborative, on-site New York practice
