Senior Associate or Counsel – Trust & Estate Litigation
The trusts and estates group is expanding its contested-matters capacity in the Bay Area. You will handle will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary-removal actions, and contested conservatorships for individual and family clients, often in San Francisco Superior Court and surrounding jurisdictions. The work blends litigation strategy with sensitivity to family dynamics and substantial asset structures.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of trust and estate litigation experience
- Trial and deposition experience in California probate or civil courts
- Background handling fiduciary litigation, capacity challenges, or beneficiary disputes
- Admitted to practice in California
