You'll take over a docket of complex estate and trust matters, including estate tax planning and trust administration. Clients span a range of industries and wealth tiers. Most are in the midst of inter- or intra-family controversies or are planning for the future of their estate. A hybrid workplace means collaborative time in both Los Angeles and San Francisco.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of experience in trusts and estates
- Strong academic background; CalBar membership
- Comfortable with complex estate tax planning, probate, and trust litigation
- Developed and existing relationships with estate planner and financial planner types
- Experience in estate and trust administration.
