The trusts and estates group is deepening its bench as estate planning work out of suburban New York keeps building. Expect a steady diet of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, estate and gift tax planning, probate administration, and Surrogate's Court practice, often for clients whose wealth is tied up in real property. Matters frequently cross into the firm's real estate side — transferring homes, commercial holdings, and family entities across generations. Hybrid schedule, with client-facing days in the White Plains area.
What this firm is looking for
- 7–20 years of trusts and estates experience
- Drafting of wills, trusts, and estate and gift tax plans
- Probate and estate administration, including Surrogate's Court filings
- Comfort advising high-net-worth individuals and family entities
- New York bar admission in good standing
