This trusts and estates practice is expanding its contentious docket. You will handle will contests, fiduciary breach claims, and conservatorship disputes from pleading through trial. Expect close collaboration with private clients and business owners navigating complex probate courts in the San Francisco and South Bay regions.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 – 6 years of trust and estate litigation experience
- Demonstrated skill in probate court motion practice and discovery
- Comfortable managing matters from case assessment through resolution
- California bar admission in good standing
