This group structures talent agreements, platform deals, and M&A for creators, streamers, and media startups. Work runs from early-stage financing through secondary transactions and strategic exits. You'll draft and negotiate in a market where copyright, personality rights, and platform terms reshape deal economics weekly.
What this firm is looking for
- 2–3 years of transactional experience at a law firm
- Drafted and negotiated contracts for corporate, media, or technology transactions
- Comfortable advising clients on intellectual property and licensing issues
- Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission
- Self-directed attorney who can manage multiple matters with limited supervision
