Mid-Level Corporate Associate
You would step into a portfolio spanning buy- and sell-side M&A, strategic investments, and governance work for companies in life sciences, fintech, and enterprise software. Deals range from $50 million strategic acquisitions to carve-outs of Fortune 500 divisions. The San Francisco, Boston, New York, or DC office operates on a hybrid schedule; you would work alongside partners who sit in different cities on the same matters.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a comparable platform
- Substantive M&A and private equity deal exposure, including negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents
- Experience advising on corporate governance and securities law compliance
- Comfort managing diligence processes and junior associate workstreams
