This office seeks a mid-level associate to join its M&A team following a period of significant deal flow. You'll work on transactions from deal structuring to completion, focusing on private and public companies across varied industries. Handling matters from due diligence to closing, you'll navigate complex negotiations and regulatory filings, with a focus on middle-market deals.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 to 6 years of M&A transactional experience
- Substantial experience with due diligence
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Admission to the bar in one or more of these states: CA, NY, CO, or WA
- Proficiency in handling various deal structures and regulatory filings
