You will immediately take over a docket of 15-20 active deals and 5 active financings for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to PE firms in Healthcare and Industrial sectors. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, advise on regulatory approvals, and coordinate with tax and securities teams. The firm has a strong pipeline of new deals originating in the Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. A good portion of this practice will have a finance angle to it as well.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of law firm experience in Corporate M&A/Restructuring, with a focus on Private Equity and Financial Services
- Experience with Securities, Tax and Finance transactions
- Strong deal negotiation and drafting skills
- Current bar admission for New York, Chicago, or Texas
- Active litigation experience in corporate or securities matters a plus
