The trusts and estates group is expanding its litigation bench as dispute volume climbs across Silicon Valley's aging founder population and complex multigenerational wealth structures. You will handle will contests, trust breaches, fiduciary-removal actions, and contested conservatorships in probate and superior courts, often with parallel family-law or business-valuation dimensions. Clients span tech executives, closely held business owners, and family offices with assets across California and multiple jurisdictions.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of trust and estate litigation experience
- Deep familiarity with California probate code and Uniform Trust Code issues
- Trial and deposition experience in fiduciary disputes
- Ability to navigate emotionally charged family dynamics with precision
- Hybrid presence in the South Bay
