This role targets an associate who thrives on the intersection of patent law and international trade remedies. You will manage Section 337 investigations before the ITC, handling discovery and motion practice for clients in hardware, AI, and transportation sectors. The work demands precise technical analysis and the ability to argue complex infringement theories in a fast-moving administrative forum.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of litigation experience with a focus on intellectual property
- Direct exposure to Section 337 investigations or federal patent litigation
- Background representing clients in manufacturing, technology, or transportation industries
- Strong written advocacy skills and experience managing complex discovery
- Admission to any state bar in good standing
