Associate Attorney — Personal Injury Litigation
This seat opened after a senior associate departed for a bench appointment, leaving active cases at the deposition and mediation stages. You'll handle motor-vehicle and premises-liability claims from intake through trial or settlement, with immediate responsibility for drafting complaints, discovery motions, and demands. The docket runs through state courts in California, Washington, Colorado, and Minnesota.
What this firm is looking for
- 1–9 years of litigation experience, plaintiff or defense side
- Active bar membership in at least one of the four relevant states
- Trial preparation experience, including depositions and motion practice
- Comfort managing a caseload independently with paralegal support
