A boutique Texas law firm centered on M&A, private equity, fund formation, and venture transactions
Litigation Paralegal
You will work alongside attorneys who represent fund sponsors, portfolio companies, and growth-stage businesses through disputes that follow the deal. The docket leans into partnership breakups, post-closing purchase-price fights, founder separations, and contested fund liquidity events. Expect to manage case calendars, organize discovery in document-heavy commercial matters, draft shells for pleadings and discovery responses, and coordinate trial logistics when negotiations fail.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 to 6 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience, ideally touching corporate or partnership disputes
- Fluency with e-discovery platforms and Texas civil procedure
- Demonstrated ability to track deadlines across multiple active matters without dropping details
- Strong writing mechanics for discovery shells, privilege logs, and deposition summaries
- Comfort working on-site in a small-firm environment where every team member is client-facing
