This seat opens to bolster a team handling sophisticated commercial disputes for a diverse client base. You will manage complex matters from pre-trial motions through trial, often involving regulatory scrutiny and high-stakes business conflicts. The role offers direct court exposure and the chance to develop cases within a stable, long-tenured practice group.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active admission to the New York State Bar
- Proven track record managing discovery and motion practice
- Experience with complex business disputes and regulatory issues
