This hybrid role in Los Angeles or San Francisco addresses a surge in complex personal injury matters involving insurance disputes and consumer claims. You will manage the full litigation lifecycle, from initial intake and demand negotiation through trial preparation and court appearances. The position offers direct client interaction while advocating for vulnerable populations against well-resourced defense counsel.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Proven track record handling personal injury or consumer protection cases
- Strong oral advocacy and written briefing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
