You will handle breach of contract, business tort, and fiduciary duty matters for clients spanning healthcare, technology, and financial services. The position offers substantial courtroom time in state and federal courts while supporting a hybrid work model in Denver.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 to 10 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Bar
- Proven track record taking depositions and arguing motions
- Experience managing discovery in multi-district or complex cases
