This seat involves defending complex commercial disputes, professional liability claims, and business torts through trial. Clients span real estate development, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. You'll draft dispositive motions, manage discovery strategy, argue hearings, and take depositions in state and federal courts across California.
What this firm is looking for
- 5-15 years of litigation experience with substantial California state and federal court exposure
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated first- or second-chair deposition and motion practice
- Trial experience preferred; jury and bench both relevant
- Direct client communication skills and case management autonomy
