Litigators in complex commercial and civil disputes use this firm's technology to sharpen briefs, motions, and case strategy from filing through trial. You will draft and argue substantive pleadings and discovery motions in state and federal court, working directly with trial counsel in technology, professional services, and insurance sectors. The work spans early-case assessment through summary judgment, with an emphasis on precise, repeatable legal analysis.
What this firm is looking for
- 1–3 years of litigation experience at a law firm, including substantial drafting of motions and briefs
- Active bar membership in good standing in California, Texas, or Florida
- Demonstrated comfort with legal technology and structured reasoning in writing
- Experience with discovery, depositions, or federal court practice preferred
- Ability to work remotely with disciplined self-management and clear communication
