This role comprises a variety of civil and complex commercial matters, from class actions to construction defect cases, for clients in tech, healthcare, and other industries. Expect to see a mix of state and federal court matters, with opportunities to write dispositive motions and take depositions.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Excellent writing, research, and trial skills
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
