Step into a docket heavy with complex disputes involving lenders, servicers, and fintech operators. You will manage cases from initial pleadings through discovery and trial in state and federal courts. The work demands sharp motion practice and a command of financial regulations affecting banking and consumer credit sectors.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 7 years of litigation experience
- Background in financial services or banking disputes
- Strong motion drafting and oral advocacy skills
- Admission to the New York Bar
