Commercial Litigation Associate

You'll handle a mix of pre-litigation and active cases, including motions practice, depositions, and trials. Client industries span manufacturing to logistics. Cases are often in federal or state court, depending on the matter. You'll manage a varied caseload, with numerous matters at different stages of litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-7 years of Litigation experience
- Experience with commercial disputes
- Arizona bar admission
- Case management from inception to resolution
- Stellar courtroom and client-facing skills
