A Chicago-based plaintiffs’ personal injury practice handling high-volume, serious-injury claims for individuals
Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney (Pre-Litigation)
You would step into a docket of roughly 80–100 pre-litigation files, largely motor-vehicle collisions and premises-liability matters with significant injuries. The day-to-day turns on managing medical chronologies, negotiating with adjusters, and positioning demands so the file is trial-ready before a complaint is ever drafted. You will also guide clients through treatment, lien resolution, and settlement discussions, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated case team.
What this firm is looking for

- Admitted to practice in Illinois and in good standing.
- Demonstrated ability to value claims, negotiate directly with insurance carriers, and resolve liens.
- Comfortable managing a docket of 80+ active files with minimal oversight.
- Clear, direct communication skills for client counseling and inter-office collaboration.
