Mid-Level Litigation Associate
This associate joins a commercial litigation group that handles bet-the-company disputes for clients spanning life sciences, financial services, and technology. Work runs from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appellate briefing in federal and state courts, with emphasis on complex contract disputes and business torts. Cases often involve parallel regulatory investigations and multidistrict proceedings. The role offers genuine courtroom exposure at the five- to seven-year level.
What this firm is looking for
- 5–7 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Substantial drafting experience on motions, briefs, and dispositive matters
- First- or second-chair deposition and oral argument experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials and bar admission in good standing
- Ability to work from Boston, New York, or Washington DC offices on a hybrid schedule
