This associate handles commercial disputes for studios, networks, and digital platforms — contract breaches, profit participation fights, and content-related tort claims. Work spans state and federal courts, including arbitrations. Matters often involve underlying media rights, talent agreements, or distribution arrangements.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with media or entertainment clients
- Trial preparation and brief-writing experience in complex civil matters
- Experience with contract disputes, IP-adjacent litigation, or entertainment industry matters preferred
- California bar admission in good standing
- Commitment to Los Angeles on-site presence
