Your clients operate at the intersection of entertainment and capital. They need seasoned counsel to structure complex transactions involving film, music, and digital assets, particularly where finance, real estate, and crypto converge. You will lead high-value deal negotiations and guide financiers and creators through intricate contractual and regulatory frameworks from a New York hybrid desk.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of entertainment transactional experience
- Deep practice in cross-border matters involving finance, real estate, or crypto
- Proven ability to originate business and sustain a portable book
- Bar admission in New York
- Capacity to mentor associates and direct deal teams
