Case Investigation Attorney (Securities Class Action)

The casework involves complex, high-stakes litigation, often pre- and post-class certification, against issuers in the financial industry. The attorney will manage multi-district cases in federal court, spanning from discovery to summary judgment. What this firm is looking for
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Securities Litigation, predominantly involving class action cases.
- Proven experience in handling complex case investigations, motions, and pre-trial proceedings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to navigate multi-party litigation.
- Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement, combining Boston office presence with remote work.
- Admission to the Massachusetts state bar, or ability to transfer.
