Manage over 10 public offerings and 5 IPOs for clients in the tech, biotech, and aerospace sectors. Work on daily matters in the capital markets arena, including federal and blue-sky registration statements, SEC filings and disclosure, and corporate governance. Arise on behalf of the clients in SEC inquiries. Direct equity and debt financings for clients ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, including convertible notes, PIPEs, and venture financings.
What this firm is looking for
- Admission to the New York state bar
- 4 to 8 years of experience in securities and capital markets
- Demonstrable experience with public offerings and corporate governance
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and filings
- Strong client management skills
