This Florida seat opens to support active caseloads involving commercial construction disputes and defect claims. You will manage discovery, argue motions, and take depositions for developers, contractors, and design professionals in state and federal courts. The role offers immediate trial exposure and direct client interaction within a mature litigation group.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 7 years of construction litigation experience
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- Experience with motion practice and discovery management
- Background representing contractors, developers, or design firms
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
