A 1,000-attorney firm with deep local roots across 30 offices nationwide
Litigation Counsel
You’ll step into complex commercial disputes—breach of contract, business torts, shareholder and partnership breakups, and real estate litigation—often for middle-market and growth-stage companies in technology, life sciences, and professional services. The docket includes both federal and state court work, with regular appearances at the summary judgment stage, mediation, and trial preparation. This is a hands-on writing and advocacy role where you will draft dispositive motions, take and defend depositions, and collaborate directly with clients on case strategy from answer through resolution.
